Luxurious Villa Azul is a seafront villa with unobstructed sea views and private pool, located at Filizi area on the east part of the island of Paros.

Main House  Ground Floor:

Apart form the breathtaking views that the pool area enjoys, Villa Azul has a modern living room emphasized on detail while the big windows all around overlook the big blue of the Aegean Sea and the island of Naxos. A fully equipped open plan kitchen is the ideal place for cooking meals for big parties since it is pretty spacious. The large master bedroom with en suite bathroom that has direct access to the pool on the right side and an extra double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a room with a sofa bed that can be used as a study on the left side and a WC.

Lower Level:

The lower level has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a veranda with panoramic views of the surrounding area and the sea. The same level also has a laundry /storage room and a big play room.

The ground floor surrounded by an excellent garden and verandas with panoramic sea views .The patio right next to the large infinity swimming pool is covered by pergola and offers shade and protection from the Meltemi winds in August .The outdoor dining table next to the barbeque area comfortably seats 14 persons.

Next to the area of the swimming pool there is bathroom with shower and on the same level 3 independent en-suite studios with double beds overlooking the sea.
