Consists of two adjacent independent buildings  with a private pool. This is a luxury haven with an amazing sea view, designed to offer a comfortable and discreetly luxurious stay. It is located in the fields, in a wonderful, quiet Mediterranean garden, 2km from the picturesque port of Naoussa, offering endless amusement options and an easy access to countless organized beaches.

At the entrance of the estate of 2,000 sq.m, enclosed by a stone wall for greater privacy, you are welcomed by a garden full of Mediterranean plants and fruit trees.

From the parking you have access to the two independent buildings, the main house and the guest house, but also to all outdoor areas.

The houses have been built with traditional techniques and materials following the simple lines of Paros’ architecture, which closely resembles sculpturing, while the bright light of the Cyclades has been studied and utilized.

MAIN HOUSE:

Entering the house from the main entrance, you will find yourself in a large open plan living-kitchen area at garden level. Open the doors and windows and enjoy the bright sun that floods the house and the enchantment of the sea that stretches in front of you.

The luxurious, functional, modern kitchen with Miele and Smeg appliances, is the backbone of this house as it offers immediate access to the outdoor spaces. On the impressive kitchen-island with 4 stools that also functions as a “makeshift” dining table, you can enjoy a glass of wine with your friends during the preparation of the meal.

Whether you are cooking or relaxing on the corner sofa in the living room, you can enjoy both your company and the sea view.

The building has a central Daikin air conditioning unit and a central fan.
On the same level there are 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms as well as a guest toilet with washer-dryer (Miele).

Icing on the cake: The well-maintained vegetable garden at the back of the house will stimulate your senses, since you may use the vegetables for your own meals.
