This very elegant bohemian pool villa is large and comfortable. It is set over three levels and 230 square meters, on a very large plot of land. The extensive grounds have a large BBQ area, a shared swimming pool, beautiful gardens and beautiful sea views. There is also a shaded dining area to enjoy throughout the day.
This home is part of a group that were built in keeping with the whitewashed local architecture while at the same time designed with a relaxed, absolutely contemporary feel in mind.
It has it’s very own shaded veranda with a large dining table as comfortable funky outdoors seating.
Indoors, the minimal white is offset by touches of wood. There is a very large living, dining and kitchen area with a breakfast bar and comfortable, chic furniture. The ambience continues in the bedrooms and bathrooms, all minimally and elegantly designed.
The highest level of the villa ( 1st floor )offers two large comfortable bedrooms the 1st with double bed and the 2nd with two beds ,each with a large veranda
The ground floor of the villa consist of the main entrance, which leads you straight into a huge open space living-dining room and kitchen. There is an extra smaller bedroom with a sofa bed that transforms into a double bed and a second bathroom with a shower
The garden of the villa is also on this level and here ,you can find a large dining table for 10 people and a sofa with a coffee table. Also , you can enjoy
The lower level of the villa ,offers a large bedroom (2 beds of 200×90 or 1 bed of 180×200) with a bathroom and an open space playroom with two single beds (90×200) and a sofa .
The whole villa has separate air conditioning units and WIFI. It has been furnished and equipped with every detail that will make sure that your holiday on Paros remains as one of your best memories. There are smart televisions (42”) in the living room and (32”) in the play room . There is an alarm system to protect the villa while you are missing , double glass windows energy saver with recalls and moschito nets, washing machine, dishwasher ,refrigeration ,oven, kitchen absorber, microwave, nespresso coffee machine,filter coffee machine ,grill- toaster machine ,hair dryer ,cooking equipment .
