The house provides three large separate bedrooms, each one with it’s own fully equipped bathroom. More specifically:

The Upper Bedroom: Situated in the first floor, it has a double size bed and an adjacent en suite bathroom (including washbasin, toilet and shower with it’s own balcony) with a breathtaking view of the entire Santa Maria bay. Equipped with A/C and a large private open roof deck to gaze at the stars in the evenings. Total enclosed area: 20 sqm.

The Lower Bedroom: Situated on the ground floor, has 2 single beds and an adjacent large bathroom (including washbasin, toilet, large double shower). It is equipped with A/C. It opens into the gardens with a private terrace and is full of light and fresh air, facing the view of Naxos island. Total enclosed area: 25 sqm.

The Studio Bedroom: It covers a double height space which includes a siting area with a sofa that opens into a double size bed, an office area which also provides a WiFi printer, and a wooden staircase leading to the mezzanine with a double bed. The bedroom opens to a private roof terrace with comfy loung area to enjoy the sea view and the blue sky. The bathroom is next to the entrance and provides washbasin, toilet & bathtub. The studio is ideal for a couple with children. Total enclosed area : 33 sq.m.

The layout of the house is multi-leveled and provides total privacy for each bedroom space.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be receiving a root map to reach the house from the port or airport, as well as a full information package! If you prefer we can come and pick you up from the port or airport.

Apart from the bedroom areas, there is a large living room & dining area along with a large open plan, fully equipped functional kitchen. The terraces and courts around the house cater for shade and protection depending on the time and weather throughout the day. One of the most interesting places in the house is the enclosed inner atrium connecting all the areas together as it is positioned in the center (25 sqm).
