The space:

The main house of this amazing villa complex consists of a ground floor building of 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and 1 office which offers 1 single sized sofa bed, 2 double size bed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 1 single bed bedroom with shower and sink (In there, a built-in washing machine is available), 1 guest WC. Its size is over 200 square meters (2,153 square feet).

Furthemore, there is a large living room and dining room area with fireplace and a fully equipped open plan kitchen.

Each room has a blow dryer and/or hair straightener. Drying rack for clothes, iron and ironing board is provided as well.

The second house consists of a ground floor with 1 master bedroom with en-suite closet and bathroom. It is built next to a planted small garden space and faces the swimming pool, the garden and the patio/bbq areas. The total size of it, is over 140 square meters (1,507 square feet).

There is a furnished living room and dining room with fully equipped open plan kitchen. There is also a football table and a guest WC.
Walking up the internal stairs there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and double beds. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds which can become a double one.
Both bedrooms have endless views to the swimming pool, garden and the sea. They also have access to a separate entrance to the house.

At the back of the main building, there is an independant guest house providing 1 bedroom, a living area with a kichenette, and 1 bathroom.

Each bathroom room has a blow dryer and/or hair straightener.

The guests of the Villa can meet at the spacious common area/patio in the swimming pool (75 square meters), where they can use the bbq gas grill. There is a bar, fridge, dining table (for 18 guests!), guests wc, outdoor shower and sun beds. The swimming pool is 1,50-1,80 meters deep from the 2 fronts to the middle.

The equipped gym has separate space and entrance also with a sink, wc and shower.

The house has WI-FI throughout and comes equipped with TV sets and a Sonos portable speaker with Bluetooth access.There are air conditioning units and ceiling fans in every bedroom and common idoor area. There is also a first aid kit, as well as 1 fire extinguishers in each house.

The main town/port of Paroikia is a 15 minute drive, while the airport is a 30 minute drive. The famous and vibrant Naousa is no more than 4 minutes driving distance (3km)
The nearest beach to the house is a 2 minute driving distance or a 7 minute walk.
