Yucca is a newly built villa designed in a perfect harmony with the surrounding nature. The location is at the eastern side of Paros, the unspoiled  beach of Molos, where tranquility and relaxation  become reality, and the reason why is because Molos beach is protected by the European Law Natura 2000. The only activity you may find here, is windsurfing and kitesurfing. In 10 minutes walking distance is the famous beach of  Kalogeros where mud baths with clay take place. And if somebody would wish to find the hustle and bustle side of Paros, should visit the cosmopolitan Naousa which is only 10 minutes away by car.

Yucca villa is 320 square meter built in two levels. On the ground level there are 2 master bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an amazingly designed living room with direct access to the main pool. At the lower level there is the third master bedroom, and the gym of the house. Also, there are 2 independent guest rooms feature one double en-suite bedroom each.
